These terms apply to all rentals and services provided by Saunoma Sauna. By booking with us, you agree to the following. If you have any questions before booking, please reach out at info@saunoma.com
Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are confirmed by inquiry. A rental is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Saunoma Sauna. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
A deposit may be required to hold your date. Deposit details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your rental date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your rental date are non-refundable.
If Saunoma Sauna is unable to fulfill your booking due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery is included within 20 miles of Sebastopol, CA. A mileage fee applies beyond that. The full cost will be included in your quote before booking is confirmed.
Drop-off is at 3pm. Pickup is at 10am. Late pickups may incur an additional fee.
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for delivery. A minimum of 15×10 feet of flat, accessible ground, plus additional space for the cold plunge. The delivery location must be accessible by truck without blocking a road.
If the delivery space is not accessible upon arrival, Saunoma Sauna reserves the right to cancel the rental without refund.
Responsible Use
The sauna and cold plunge must be used responsibly. By booking, you confirm that all guests will use the equipment safely and follow the orientation provided at delivery.
Saunoma Sauna is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction resulting from use of the sauna or cold plunge.
Guests should consult a medical professional before use if they have any health conditions, are pregnant, or are otherwise uncertain about their suitability for sauna use.
Alcohol consumption while using the sauna or cold plunge is at the guest’s own risk.
No guests under the age of 18 without parental supervision.
Damage & Loss
The client is responsible for any damage to the sauna, cold plunge, or associated equipment caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the client.
Privacy
Any personal information collected through our contact form or booking process is used solely to manage your booking. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
Saunoma Sauna reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at saunoma.com/terms.
